Capgemini Ouest, a branch of the world company in computing advices / consulting and services has just signed a lease of 6000 m2 in the affairs centre of Euronantes. In 2010, 600 asociates will have settled on the Nantes site, a landmark for the group in the field of finance and services.

The works to remove asbestos are in full swing.
The old plant will totally disappear in July ’08.
It will leave place to a mixed area (“ilot 3C”)
This new area is planned to accommodate housing, trade, offices and equipments close to the TGV Station.
